Translation:

Adam, Eparch of Nobadia, Domesticus of Pachoras, to Soueti, Vice-Eparch of Terp(). I pay homage to your lordship, blessed by God. As for that grain of yours in Ibrim, which I offered in four oupri, I was not alone, but it was I; Mogodikonya, son of Koudi-Pesa; and Iese, son of Migiti (who offered the grain). And the witnesses of the fact that we offered (the grain) are the best (?) men of Ibrim: Anae, Ornourta, Isou, Priest, Darme, Priest, Ngapin-Ata, Deacon. There being 5 artabs and 5 bushels of grain in one oupri, after Isou the Priest and with him Anna, being my (agent) from the Deacons, deposited one artab, you (?), giving him 1 artab, received 4 artabs and 5 bushels and from the 2nd oupri 2 artabs of barley and 8 bushels of wheat. I received what is his, and they received Ajjeji's present supply of water. Also, the rest of the wheat that you received does not require your cleaning. If you wish, draw (some water) for me. If you are reluctant, have those who live outside draw it. And those four artabs and five bushels that you received are Ajjaji's.
