Theodoric

c. late 12th century

libellus de locis sanctis

A German monk who visited Jeruslam in 1172.

Latin.

These are the traditions or sects which celebrate their office in the church in Jerusalem: the Latins, the Syrians, the Armenians, the Greeks, the Jacobins and the Nubians. All these have differences both in their rule of life and also in their divine office.
