Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad b. 'Alī Bishr al-Kharaqī, an astronomer, born at Merw (Khurāsān), died in 533 H (= 1138 A.D.) He wrote "Muntahā-l-Idrāk fi Taqāsīm al-aflāq".
